Violence Prevention, Conflict Resolution & Coping Skills
A powerful, hands-on course that equips youth with the tools to navigate conflict without violence. Through icebreakers, documentary screenings, role-plays, and evidence-based coping strategies, participants build resilience and develop the decision-making skills to keep themselves and their communities safe.
Mentoring sessions focus on personal growth and peaceful conflict resolution — helping youth recognize their triggers, understand consequences, and choose dignity over destruction.
The Art of Becoming
A transformational 13-step process designed to help young people identify their dreams, discover their calling, and map a concrete pathway toward personal greatness. Through open discussions, guided reflections, and mentoring, participants learn that "becoming" is not a destination — it's a lifelong, intentional journey.
Includes Q&A sessions with mentors who have walked their own journeys of growth, providing inspiration and practical wisdom that no textbook can offer.
From Boys to Men: The Art of Becoming a Man
Specifically designed for teenage boys and young men ages 13 and older, this workshop confronts the real questions young men face — about manhood, relationships, education, leadership, and how to overcome the unique challenges of growing up today.
Through frank, mentoring-led conversations, participants explore responsibility, purpose, and what it truly means to be a man of integrity. We also introduce skilled trade and college pathways, showing that multiple roads lead to a great life.
Next Steps Academy: Preparation for Post-High School Pathways
Designed specifically for high school students, Next Steps Academy is one of our most impactful and comprehensive workshops. Students explore the real benefits of a college education, vocational and skilled trade pathways, internship opportunities, financial aid, and scholarship strategies.
Mentoring is deeply woven throughout — helping each student embrace their unique destiny and develop a concrete plan for life beyond high school, whether that means a university campus or an apprenticeship in HVAC, electrical, or plumbing.

In a world of social pressure, digital comparison, and identity confusion, this workshop invites youth to do the hardest and most rewarding thing: become fully themselves. Show Me the Money: Identifying Scholarships for College
College is expensive — but it doesn't have to be unaffordable. This workshop guides high school students through the art of telling their unique story, writing compelling scholarship essays, and systematically searching for scholarships by minority status, area of interest, intended major, and more.
Mentors review actual applications with students, helping them refine their writing, build their confidence, and understand that millions of scholarship dollars go unclaimed each year — waiting for young people who know how to find them.
Art Programs for Youth Enrichment
Three six-week hands-on courses that build creative skills, workforce readiness, and self-expression simultaneously. Equipment is provided — students just need to show up ready to create.
Podcasting 101
Discover the world of audio storytelling, interviewing, and broadcast production. Youth learn to set up equipment, communicate effectively, and craft engaging questions that bring out the best in their guests.

Videography 101
From shot composition to editing, participants learn the fundamentals of filmmaking and digital content creation. The course culminates in producing a Public Service Announcement (PSA) — a real deliverable for portfolios.

Photography 101
