All in-person programs are delivered at your youth development site — schools, recreation centers, juvenile facilities, faith organizations, and more. We also offer fully virtual programming via Zoom for maximum accessibility.
Each workshop is tailored to fit your organization's schedule. Single sessions typically run 60 to 90 minutes. Multi-session programs can be spread across weeks. Our flagship Workforce Development program runs 20 days, and art enrichment courses are 6 weeks.
We primarily serve middle school (grades 5–8) and high school (grades 9–12) youth, with a strong focus on college access and skilled trades for high schoolers. Our Workforce Development programs serve ages 14–24. Many of our workshops can be adapted for broader age ranges.
Yes. Our founder has extensive experience in juvenile detention facilities, and our team is trained in trauma-informed approaches. We welcome partnerships with juvenile justice programs, diversion programs, and organizations serving pre-adjudicated and adjudicated youth.
We serve eleven communities across the Mid-Atlantic: Washington D.C., Baltimore MD, Baltimore County MD, Philadelphia PA, Howard County MD, Prince George's County MD, Anne Arundel County MD, Montgomery County MD, York PA, Wilmington DE, and Fairfax County VA. For areas outside this region, please contact us to discuss virtual programming options.
Funding structures vary. We work with schools, government agencies, and nonprofits who receive WIOA, Title I, community development, and other grant funding. We are happy to discuss customized partnership arrangements. Contact us and we'll work together to find a path forward.
